Multiplex™ Manually Applied

The Multiplex™ simplifies the process by printing both the packing list and shipping label from a single roll. After printing, remove the stacked labels from the tray, and apply the whole unit to the carton or bag. This eliminates the need for plastic packing-list pouches and reduces labor compared to manually folding and inserting packing lists into pouches or envelopes. Labels can be made from direct thermal or thermal transfer materials.

Chicago Tag & Label can preprint static company information on the edges of the shipping label, the front of the packing list, and the back of the Multiplex™ 101 Packing List. We also offer blank labels if preferred.

Multiplex™ is software agnostic! For assistance with formatting your print layout, we recommend label software like BarTender®, NiceLabel® Software, and others.

Multiplex™ Manually Applied Enclosed Packing List

The Multiplex™ 101 makes labeling simple with just a few easy steps:

Print the Multiplex™ shipping label and packing list.
The packing list is dispensed directly onto the Multiplex™ 101 tray, and then the shipping label is dispensed on top.
Remove the Multiplex™ labels from the tray and apply it to the bag or carton.

Our Multiplex™ 101 tray works with thermal transfer printers, like Zebra Technologies, equipped with a rewind/peel option for efficient label application.

Multiplex^TM 2+

This product combines a shipping label and concealed packing list with:

Two variable print locations
Static printing available on the front of the shipping label and packing list, and on the back of the enclosed packing list
A second label that can also serve as a return label, featuring adhesive for easy peel and stick
Available in custom and standard sizes, including a 4″ x 6″ version

Multiplex^TM 3+

This solution includes a shipping label, concealed packing list, and return label, with:

Three variable print locations
Static printing on the front of the shipping label, return label, and third layer, as well as on the back of the packing list
The third layer can be used as a return label, gift card, or additional packing list, with full adhesive for secure application

Multiplex^TM 4+

This solution includes a shipping label and concealed additional labels, with:

4+ variable print locations
Static printing on the front of the shipping label, as well as on the back of the additional labels
The concealed labels can be used in applications that require larger quantities of packing list data or other required shipping documents
